Assessment built around the actual job
Every Discover exercise tracks the metrics that matter for that specific trade — not a generic rubric applied across the board. A poultry cutting exercise measures knife upkeep, cut precision, and meat quality control. A surveying exercise measures data quality and spatial accuracy. A chemistry exercise measures execution quality and safety. The result is assessment data that reflects real occupational standards, giving instructors documented evidence of student performance and administrators the outcome reporting they need for grant applications and program reviews.
