Mimbus Logistics
Train for the warehouse floor — before day one
Mimbus Logistics puts learners inside a fully operational virtual warehouse — directing forklifts, processing shipments, picking orders, and managing claims — in a realistic environment where their decisions affect everyone on the floor.

Why Mimbus Logistics?
A real warehouse, not a simplified game
Learners operate across five interdependent positions — Receiving Dock, Small and Large Volume Receiving, Stock Picking, and Order Preparation — using real tools: forklifts, picking scanners, box cutters, conveyor systems. If one person stores a product in the wrong location, the picker downstream gets bad scanner data. Just like the real floor.
Built for teams, not just individuals
The advanced modules are designed for groups of 4–8 learners working simultaneously across positions, coordinating in real time to clear incoming trucks, fill orders, and manage the floor. It's the closest thing to a warehouse shift without the warehouse.
Escalating complexity, measurable readiness
Three training levels build from single-task zone management to full platform operations to claims management — handling damaged shipments, missing items, and discrepancies under pressure. Every session scores execution quality, task completion time, and safety compliance.
Who it's for
Workforce development programs, community colleges with supply chain or logistics curricula, and employers looking to reduce onboarding time and early turnover in warehouse and fulfillment roles.

Request a DemoFrequently asked questions
- How many headsets do I need?
- You can run Mimbus Logistics with as few as one headset, and all exercises can be completed solo. For the best experience — and to simulate real warehouse team dynamics — we recommend a minimum of four headsets. The advanced modules are designed for groups of 4–8 learners working simultaneously across positions.
- Does it require an internet connection?
- The Career Exploration module does not require an internet connection, but the more advanced multiplayer exercises do require a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- What hardware does it run on?
- Mimbus Logistics is compatible with all OpenXR-compliant headsets, including Meta Quest 2, 3 and 3s, the Pico 3 Neo, 4 and 4 Ultra, and the HTC Vive Focus.
- Do students need any prior warehouse experience?
- No. The Career Discovery tutorial walks new users through every position and all equipment interactions before they enter a training module. Students with no warehouse background can be productive in their first session.
- Can one student play multiple positions?
- Yes. Students can rotate through all five positions — Receiving Dock, Small and Large Volume Receiving, Stock Picking, and Order Preparation — in a single session, either as part of a team or solo.
- How long does a session take?
- The Career Discovery tutorial and Zone Management module take 5–15 minutes. Platform Management and Platform Management with Claims Management are designed for 30–45 minute sessions with a full team.
- What does the product assess?
- Every session scores learners on three criteria: execution quality (accuracy, correct storage, correct order fulfillment), execution time, and safety compliance (PPE, movement protocols).
- How does it connect to our existing LMS?
- Mimbus Logistics integrates with Vulcan, the Mimbus instructional monitoring platform, which connects to your existing LMS via either xAPI or LTI standards.

Track every learner, every session
Vulcan is Mimbus's instructional monitoring platform. Instructors get a live view into VR sessions, and program administrators get the dashboards and reports they need to prove outcomes.
